Why Give?
The Chaplain’s Emergency Fund is supported entirely by donations and provides financial assistance to Wake Forest University students, faculty, staff, and contract workers in times of disaster, personal emergencies, and/or unanticipated financial hardships.
The number of individuals experiencing temporary financial hardship in the Wake Forest community is immense, and current applications for assistance surpass the amount of funds available. The Chaplain’s Emergency Fund supports Wake Forest students, faculty, staff and contract workers by providing limited financial assistance for essential expenses such as housing costs, utilities, food, and uninsured medical expenses. Your generous donation will ensure that all eligible applicants receive the funding they need to regain financial stability for themselves and their households. Thank you for providing all members of the Wake Forest community with the resources they need to flourish and thrive.
