Your gift on Deacs Day of Giving will be used by the Executive Director of the Program for Leadership and Character at Wake Forest to create the curricular and co-curricular experiences of our students. The opportunity to open the doors for engagement with campus, community and national leaders is a hallmark of the program. These resources enable as many touchpoints as possible to impact the ethical and character skills important to developing the future leaders that Wake Forest aspires to educate.
Why Now?
Deacs Day of Giving is the quintessential moment to show your Pro Humanitate spirit. On September 12th, you can make the most of your gift and show off your Deacon Pride during our annual 24-hour fundraising event in support of all things Wake Forest. This year, if we meet our goal of 3,500 donors on Deacs Day of Giving, the University will receive an additional $1,000,000 gift from an anonymous donor for Wake Foresters being All In!

The Program's work is nationally-recognized and far-reaching, impacting the academic programs and student experience at Wake Forest. The funds provided to the Program support a curriculum and programming grounded in ethical inquiry and leadership in ways that equip students throughout the College to become leaders of character. The collective effort of dedicated donors will help bring this distinctive program to more of our students.
